Venue access & permissions
Your team arranges venue access and applicable site and local filming permissions. We agree the work order, schedule and venue-access requirements before the shoot.
Crowds, lighting & safe conditions
We plan around people, structures, cables, lighting and weather and safe take-off space. Required flight approvals are checked; unsafe shots will not proceed.
Stage effects, lasers and changing light need advance discussion. Coverage is agreed around safe flight areas; live aerial viewing is a separate brief.
