I work with digital marketing agencies as a production operations and vendor management partner, supporting advertising and corporate media projects through structured execution and dependable delivery.
Coming from a hands-on production background, I have a clear understanding of the complete production lifecycle, from planning and resource alignment to on-ground execution and closure. On a project-by-project basis, I assemble and manage the right vendor teams, coordinate workflows, and oversee execution to ensure timelines, quality, and accountability are consistently met.
My role is to simplify production complexity for agencies by acting as a single point of coordination across vendors and operational requirements, allowing teams to focus on strategy and creative direction while execution is handled reliably.
