## Plan before we fly.

A good location does not automatically mean every shot is possible.

### Venue access & permissions

Your team arranges venue access and applicable site and local filming permissions. We agree the work order and schedule before the shoot.

### Attendees & operating conditions

We plan around people, structures, weather and safe take-off space. Required flight approvals are checked; unsafe shots will not proceed.

Coverage is agreed around safe flight areas. Live aerial viewing is a separate brief.
